RETURN & REFUND POLICY — FabSticks

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged item received

Time limit: Must report within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Correctly delivered items
  • Used/damaged by customer
  • Custom sticker designs
  • Change of mind

3. Replacement Policy

If verified, we will send a replacement free of cost.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued when:

  • Replacement is not possible
  • The item is out of stock

Refund will be processed within 4–7 working days.

  • Photos/videos
